Online Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Please, make sure you have the voucher with you on the day of your excursion.
2. Make sure you arrive to the port -Puerto Colón gate 13, Las Américas- at least 15 minutes before your excursion starts.
3. Don´t forget to bring with you: swimming gear, towel and sun cream. If the weather is a bit chilly we recommend you to bring a jacket as well.
4. If at the moment of your booking we charge only a deposit, the full amount has to be paid on the day of your excursion before the boat leaves the port. In case of cash payment, please try to prepare the exact amount or if you wish to pay with credit card, let the boat crew know 15 minutes before your excursion starts.
If on the day of your booking you pay the full amount, there will be nothing to pay at the arrival, the voucher will be enough to enjoy the excursion.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
(Shared Excursion)
1. In case of bad weather or technical problems we may have to cancel the excursion. We will offer you to change the date/time of your boat trip. If you do not agree the new date/time we will give you a full refund.
2. If you cancel your excursion not later than 48 hours before your excursion starts we will charge you only 10% (for incurred costs, fees and taxes) of the paid amount. After we can only offer you to change the date/time of your excursion but we can´t give any refund.
3. If you wish to change the date/time of your excursion you should do it not later than 24 hours before your excursion starts without any extra cost.
4. In case of no-show or last minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival), or last minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival) we don´t give any refund, except you have medical or any official certificate to prove that you couldn´t cancel your excursion 48 hours in advance.

(Private Charter)

2. If you cancel your boat charter not later than 7 days before your scheduled arrival, we will charge you only 10% (for incurred costs, fees and taxes) of the paid amount. After we can only offer you to change the date/time of your charter but we can´t give any refund.
3. If you wish to change the date/time of your private charter you should do it not later than 5 days before your scheduled arrival without any extra cost, and only in case we have the boat available on your new preferable day/time.
4. In case of no-show or last minute cancellation (less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival), or last minute rescheduling (less than 5 days before your scheduled arrival) we don´t give any refund!
